Booking Terms

• Check-in time is from 3:00 PM
• Check-out time is by 11:00 AM
• Valid photo ID and credit card required at check-in
• Minimum check-in age is 18
• All rates are quoted in GBP and include VAT
• Room rates are based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated

Payment Policy

• Full payment is required at check-in
• We accept major credit cards and debit cards
• A pre-authorization may be taken on your card at check-in
• Additional charges may apply for extra guests
• Currency exchange rates are determined by your card issuer

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made by 4:00 PM hotel time the day before arrival
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the first night's room rate
• Different cancellation policies may apply for special rates or events
• Group bookings have separate cancellation terms
• Early departure fees may apply

Hotel Rules

• No smoking in any indoor areas (£150 cleaning fee for violations)
• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Pets are not allowed (except service animals)
• Room keys must be returned at check-out
• Lost keys may incur a replacement fee

Children & Extra Beds

• Children under 12 stay free when using existing bedding
• Extra beds are available for a surcharge
• Cribs are available free of charge
• Maximum number of extra beds/cribs per room: 1

Liability

The hotel is not liable for valuable items left in guest rooms. Safety deposit boxes are available at reception. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate a guest's stay for inappropriate behavior or violation of hotel policies.

Force Majeure

The hotel is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, civil unrest, Government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
